Three things worth knowing before tax season
Tax and accounting firms are required to have a written information security plan, and the IRS keeps reminding them.
Source: FTC Safeguards Rule; IRS Publication 5708Section 7216 limits how tax preparers use or share return information without the client's consent, and entering it into an outside AI tool may count as sharing it.

What clients say about Brian's team
When it comes to recommending a managed IT and cybersecurity company to my clients, there is no one else I trust besides Microtech. As a CPA, this level of trust means the world to me.

Our CPA firm has worked with Brian and his staff at Microtech for over 20 years. They always consider cost and sell you only what you need.

In today’s unrelenting cyber threat landscape, we find Microtech’s team proactive in making security for our business a cornerstone.

Questions
Do I have to book a call to get the guides?
No. The guides are yours either way. Brian's calendar is on the next page if you want it.
Is the call a sales call?
The 15 minutes are about your firm. If Microtech Secure AI fits, Brian will tell you what it is and what it costs, so you can decide for yourself.
Do I need Microsoft Teams?
No. The Teams link opens in your web browser with nothing to install, and phone works too.
We already have an IT provider.
Most firms do. Use the six questions with them. The call is about how your firm uses AI, whoever handles your IT.
We already have an AI policy.
Good, that's the first step. A policy tells staff what not to do, and Secure AI shows whether it's being followed.
What happens after I sign up?
