Thirty years of managed IT and cybersecurity
Microtech was founded in Fort Lauderdale in 1996, building and repairing computers for local businesses. Over time, that work grew into managed IT and cybersecurity.
Today we support law firms, CPA and accounting firms, financial services, healthcare and dental practices, and businesses in many other industries.

Meet the co-founders
Brian Butterfield, CISSP
Brian heads cybersecurity at Microtech, leading security strategy and compliance for our clients. He also speaks on security at industry events, including programs for The Florida Bar, the ABA and FICPA.
Todd Cummings
Todd runs operations at Microtech, including service delivery, the structure behind how the company works and the numbers behind it. He has guided Microtech's growth from a local IT firm to a provider serving clients nationwide.
